Explore and learn various techniques to add to a personal wellness “toolbox” in order to:

2. Build resilience to combat stress, fatigue, anxiety and burnout.

3. Rediscover your inner teacher, or meet him/her for the first time!

These 90 minute classes will be held once a week for 6 weeks at

Times: Sundays 4:30-6:00 pm

6/5, 6/12, 6/19, 6/26, 7/10, 7/17 (no class 7/3)

Price is $20 per session
