Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado in Boulder and a Masters and Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, Dr. Flint brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her practice. Certified in Nutrition and Health Coaching through Precision Nutrition, her holistic approach encompasses pain management, nutrition, women’s health, digestion, anxiety, depression, stress, pregnancy, and postpartum care.
Dr. Flint’s philosophy revolves around the principle that less is more, advocating for sustainable lifestyle changes and mindful treatments that address both root causes and symptoms. With a keen understanding of acupuncture channels and their intricate relationships, she employs a blend of local and distal points tailored to each patient’s comfort and effectiveness, ensuring a personalized and compassionate care experience.
Her journey from treating patients on cruise ships worldwide to establishing a thriving private practice in Brevard, NC, reflects her commitment to healing and wellness. Beyond her professional endeavors, Dr. Flint finds joy in family moments with her adoring husband and energetic 3-year-old son. She indulges her passions for yoga, kickboxing, outdoor adventures, reading, and writing, embodying the holistic principles she practices.
